Returns and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the product(s), unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the product(s) to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send an email to contact@luckss.ae.
Refunds
If the return is received after more than 14 days from our return instructions, no cash refund will be issued. Instead, store credit will be provided.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
